April Ross

April Ross, a beach volleyball star American She is one of a small category of females who have won medals in several Olympics. Alix klineman, who is competing for the first time at Tokyo's Olympic Games, will try to earn her third gold medal. Ross will also be hoping for her first Olympic gold. In fact, at 39 this may be her final chance to accomplish this. Nevertheless, she remains confident of achieving top honours. Ross was born on the 22nd of October, 1982. She was raised in Costa Mesa California where she lived with her parents as well as a sister. In the period 2007-2013 she played together with Jennifer Kessy who more recently served as her and Klineman's coach. Kessy was Ross's teammate at the 2009 World Championships. The pair eventually picked up a silver medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Misty Maytreanor's legendary team as well as Kerri Jennings were the winners of gold. Ross Jennings was the replacement for May-Treanor as she announced her retirement. Together, they took home bronze medals in beach volleyball for the Rio Olympics of the year 2016. Ross lost the breast cancer that she battled in the year 2001. Ross was then a sophomore. This meant that Ross is still close to her parent who died.
